How do I know what live streams are available for purchase?

How do I purchase a live stream?
Go to www.vc3.tv/purchase and click on “Purchase This Stream” under the event that you are interested in viewing.

If you are a new user, ignore the “Existing User” section and fill out the “New User” information with your name, email address and other details. Click on the checkbox to accept our terms and conditions then click on “Process Subscription”. You will be redirected to a page to enter your credit card information.

Enter your credit card information then click on “Continue”. A pop-up window will ask you to confirm that you want to make a payment in the specified amount.

After making the payment, you will be redirected to our website with a message saying “Payment Successful”. If the page says “Payment Declined” then please view the reason for rejection.

Please contact us if you have any other questions regarding payments.

Why does it keep saying my username or email address already exists when I try to pay for a stream?

This typically happens when you have previously tried to purchase a live stream from us, since an account is created for you even if your payment was cancelled or not successful.

To fix this, please click on the “Forgot Your Password” or “Forgot Your Username” links to try to recover your username or password.

You can also choose to create a brand new account by entering a different username and email address if you have another email address that you can use.

Lastly, you may also contact us to reset your password or delete your account, allowing you to create a new account with the email address and / or username.

Do you accept PayPal or other forms of payment apart from VISA?

Unfortunately, we do not accept PayPal, MasterCard, American Express or any other forms of payment.

If possible, we do allow a payment to be made locally to our office by a friend or relative. To start this process, please follow the instructions on “How do I purchase a Live Stream” but instead selecting “Offline Payment” instead of “Visa / Credit Card”. You can then give your full name and transaction ID to someone in SVG to make a payment to our office (located at Victoria Park) and we will activate your account, allowing you to view the live stream.

The live stream is too expensive. Can I get a discount?
Our live streams are competitively priced, and are usually even cheaper than attending the shows locally. We cannot offer any further discount to this show. We do believe that you will be satisfied with your purchase.

The event I want to see is not in the list of streams available for purchase.

If the event is not showing in the list of available streams for purchase, the event is either not going to be live streamed on our website or the event has not yet been added to our website. We typically allow users to register for a live stream approximately 5 to 7 days before the event is streamed.

Please contact us if you would like to register for an event that is not yet listed, or to find out if a specific event will be live streamed on our website.

How do I know if my payment worked and I will be able to view the live stream?

When you make a payment for the live stream, you should receive a confirmation email as well as be redirected to a “Payment Successful” page on our website.

If you are not certain whether your payment was successful, you may login to your account and click on the My Streams link at the top of our website. Click on the “My Subscriptions” tab to display a list of all the live streams you are registered for. If you do not see any live streams, please double check your bank to make sure the payment was made. You may also contact us for assistance.

The live stream isn’t playing at all. What do I do?

Please ensure you are using a HTML5 enabled player, available on most modern computers and smartphone browsers. We recommend using Google Chrome.

If you still cannot access the stream, please send us a message.

The live stream is buffering / sticking a lot. How do I fix it?

All of our streams are currently being delivered through a Content Delivery Network (CDN) to help to ensure smooth video playback regardless of your location. If your video is sticking, we advise trying to load a video from another website such as YouTube to see if it plays smoothly.

If videos are playing smoothly on other websites, please run a network speed test at www.speedtest.net and contact us with your results and we will try to diagnose your issue.

I forgot to watch the live stream or I missed part of it. Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible if anyone missing part of or an entire live stream.

In the event that you missed a part of our stream due to technical issues on our end, we may offer a second showing of the entire event to you, free of charge. Otherwise, please contact us to issue a refund.
